The North Shore Skyline as viewed from Navy Pier, Chicago at sunset in November. This was a cold day. I had walked all the way down the pier and was freezing cold. I didn't know that the city skyline was so cool on the other end of the pier. I was almost ready to give up, I'm glad I didn't.
This photo was taken from Navy Pier in Chicago in late November. It was cold that day. The sun looked warm. But what warmth was left was about to fade away!
This was the Trump Tower the night of the light festival on State Street. The tower takes on a dark look that makes me think of people in cocktail parties dressing in black. During the day it takes on a more business like attire reflecting the blue of the sky.
